Following the completion of this registration you will receive an email from JotForm to Sign your Model Agreement Contract. All parents must sign in place of their Minor Model. Please understand that the choice to take on this agreement is a year long investment and responsibility towards your models professional modeling development. If ant anytime you are not happy with your membership, please schedule a meeting to discuss anything that may be troubling you and/or your model. We appreciate that you have taken Nita Belles Closet into consideration to help your models development int the industry and want you to know that building their skillset as a professional modeling is our top priority. we look forward to the next year with you and your model.

Should you not complete your Full Registration payment, your model will not be entered into the program for this year. All monthly dues must be paid on time or your risk your model being withdrawn from the program.
