$300 Base fee for the first 4 hours of service

The non-refundable bar service fee is due upon booking and does not apply toward liquor or nonalcoholic beverages, it strictly applies toward having our services available the day of the event. Payment of the service fee binds this contract and the terms outlined in it. You will have a bartender available for the hours requested above provided it is permitted in your contractual obligations to the Armory and sufficient payment is submitted. Please keep in mind that the final hour of your rental period is reserved exclusively for clean-up and as such the bar is prohibited from serving beverages during that time. The Armory rental agreement supersedes this contract therefore, the bar will close one hour prior to the end of your rental agreement regardless of the time outlined in this contract. We are also not allowed to serve prior to your scheduled rental start time. Since the bar service fee is non-refundable no reimbursements or credits will be issued that result from a time lapse.

Elite Beverages and any of its staff reserves the right to refuse service and/or end all bar service at their discretion. In this event, no refunds will be given. Any outside alcohol, tailgating activities or distribution to minors is strictly prohibited. These activities will result in an automatic termination of the Services and Brighton Police Department will be notified. It is to our discretion if we feel a guest has over-indulged and needs to refrain from consuming more alcohol.

An advance notice of two weeks (14 days) or more is required to guarantee availability for bar services. If your event is in less than two weeks (14 days) DO NOT fill out this form PRIOR to communicating with us via call @ 720.569.0578 and receiving direct approval that we can perform bar service for your event. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests however, services cannot be guaranteed unless we receive the contract and bar service fee prior to the two week (14 day) deadline.

Depending on the size of the event there may be additional charges for additional bartenders or security staff. Elite Beverages will contact you more than two weeks prior to the Service date if that is the case for your event.

Elite Beverages is located in the atrium of the Armory, our liquor license is exclusive to the Brighton Armory we are unable to offer off-site liquor services at this time. Unfortunately, the bar cannot be moved to another location in the building. All guests are required to obtain beverages from the bar, we do not provide seated service. Elite Beverages is not permitted to serve alcohol in the final hour of your rental time for the Armory. The time you have the Armory booked for supersedes this contract.

All beer is served in bottles or cans, we do not have taps or kegs available. All wine and spirits will be served in plasticware that will be provided by Elite Beverages. Guests are permitted to bring their own non-alcoholic beverages if they desire. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the set-up, distribution, ice, and plastic-ware for any beverages you bring on-site. The bar will have non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase, however if our stock begins to run low, we may have to cease the sale of certain non-alcoholic beverages so that we have them available as mixers. Our bartender will do their best to work as quickly and efficiently as possible, however there are times when a line may occur to obtain services. We do our best to stock the bar according to the anticipated guest count to ensure that we do not run out of certain products. However, due to the size and limited storage space available there may be instances where our projections were incorrect, and we may run out of certain items prior to the end of the event.
