I understand and agree that all athletes must have an Shoot 360 account (FREE) before participating. This allows us to verify waivers and eligibility. If your athlete or does not have an account, please download the Shoot 360 app (NOT the website) and create the free account before your first day.
Membership Pricing

I understand and agree that 4x, 8x, and Unlimited Member pricing is available only while the athlete’s Shoot 360 membership remains active and good standing (not canceled, not past due, and not suspended). If the membership is canceled or becomes inactive before the end of the registered camp period, remaining camp weeks will be repriced to the applicable tier and the price difference will be due prior to continued participation. No refunds; credits only per our policy. If your athlete does not have an account, download the Shoot 360 app and create the free account before the first day. If repricing applies, the difference must be paid before the athlete may continue attending.

No Refunds / Deposit

I understand and agree there are no refunds. The $200 deposit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and has no cash value.
Payment Plan (Apr 15 + May 15) and Default

I understand and agree the remaining balance is split into 2 equal payments due April 15, 2026 and May 15, 2026. If a payment fails, I must resolve it within 24 hours or participation may be paused and reserved weeks may be released.
Credits Only (Summer Camp Only + Expiration)

I understand and agree credits are Summer Camp credit only (June 1–August 7, 2026), are non-transferable, cannot be used for memberships or other programs, and expire after August 7, 2026.
Weekly Cancellation Deadline

I understand and agree that to receive a credit for a scheduled week, I must cancel by Sunday at 12:00 PM (noon) prior to the start of that week. Cancellations after Sunday at 12:00 PM are not eligible for credit.
No Partial Week / No Proration

I understand and agree there is no proration for missed days. If my athlete attends any portion of a camp week (1–5 days), that week is considered used and is not eligible for credit.
Injury / Medical Exception (Limited)

I understand and agree injury or medical credits may be issued only for unused full weeks remaining, documentation may be required, and any credit must be used during Summer Camp 2026 and expires August 7, 2026.
