By enrolling my child in Sedona Camp programs, I understand that participation in outdoor and recreational activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical activity, uneven terrain, and weather conditions. I acknowledge that Sedona Camp LLC is an enrichment and recreational program (not a licensed childcare provider), and I voluntarily accept these risks on behalf of my child. I agree to provide accurate medical and emergency information and understand that while reasonable care and supervision are provided, Sedona Camp LLC is not liable for injuries or incidents that may occur during participation. I also consent to the use of photos or media for promotional purposes (if applicable) and understand that program details may change as needed.
By enrolling in Sedona Camp, parents and guardians understand that the program is an independent enrichment and recreational camp—not a licensed childcare provider—and that participation in outdoor and group activities involves inherent risks. These may include physical activity, uneven terrain, and weather exposure, and all participation is voluntary. Parents agree to complete all required forms and provide accurate medical, behavioral, and emergency information prior to participation. Sedona Camp strives to provide a safe, supervised, and positive environment; however, risks are inherent in recreational programs. Parents and guardians acknowledge that program details may change and that Sedona Camp is not affiliated with any school or government agency unless stated. Families also agree to respectful participation, understand that media may be used for promotional purposes with consent, and accept responsibility for following all program guidelines.
