YOUR CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Full Conference Registration: Covers your attendance at the conference including reception and Humorous Contest on Friday, and lunch, dinner and International Speech Contest on Saturday. 

First Time Conference Attendees: If you’re attending your first District conference, get a $10 discount on fees until April 30, 2026, at 5:00 PM. This offer is for first-time attendees only. Register and use coupon code FEH93 at the bottom of the form. Just another way District 15 supports your Toastmasters journey—see you at the conference!

Cancellations:  You may receive a refund of your registration minus $25 administrative fee until 5:00 PM MDT, April 30, 2026.  After that date no refunds  will be available.  Submit request for refunds to Conference Chair via email at: confchair@district15speaks.org.

Speech Contest Tickets:  To attend Speech Contests Only.  You will need to purchase a separate ticket for each contest.  For example: If you want to attend the Humorous Contest and the International Contest, that would require a total of two (2) tickets.  

Speech Contestants attend the speech contests at no charge.  However, a conference registration is needed to attend the Friday and/or Saturday events at the conference.  Attendance at the reception on Friday, and lunch and dinner on Saturday are included with Full Conference registration.
