Terms & Conditions: Terms & Conditions 1. Eligibility Who Can Apply: Prioritizes transgender, gender nonconforming, and nonbinary (TGNC) individuals seeking to raise funds for themselves or their communities. We welcome others who can learn alongside us. Capacity: Only 100 spots are available per class. Registration is first come, first served. 2. Deposit & Refund Policy Deposit Requirement: A $1 deposit is required to secure your spot in the class. Refund Terms: No refunds unless Pay What's Possible is impossible for you. Your dollar to reserve will be refunded upon attendance to class for the duration. You will receive confirmation of the refund from Your Trans Fundraiser within 3-5 business days. 3. Access to Materials Upon receipt of your deposit, you will receive access to a unique code to download any additional materials, where applicable. This access is for your personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or distributed. 4. Class Participation Live Class: You are expected to attend the live online class at the scheduled time. Community Guidelines: Respectful, inclusive, and supportive behavior is required. Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive conduct will result in removal from the class without refund. We reserve the right to ban: Slave catchers in all their formats, transmedicalists, promoters of genocide, and racists. Confidentiality: Please respect the privacy of fellow participants. Do not share personal stories or information outside the group without consent. 5. Disclaimer No Guarantee of Fundraising Results: This class provides education, strategies, and support for crowdfunding. Individual results vary and depend on your effort, application of materials, and external factors. Not Financial Advice: Information provided is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. 6. Media & Testimonials By participating, you may be invited to share feedback or testimonials. Sharing is always optional. 7. Changes & Cancellations We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the class in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, all deposits will be refunded.
