IGNITE PRAISE VENDORS
I understand that I am prohibited from selling anything with "IGNITE PRAISE, IGNITE, OR PRAISE" printed on it. It will be up to the IGNITE event administration to determine if you have violated these terms and conditions. If an event staff determines that an item(s) have violated these rules you will be asked to remove them from your booth set-up and forbidden from selling the product(s). If you refuse to comply and cooperate you will be asked to leave the property. These same rules apply to ALL items being sold. This is a religious event and all product and items sold must represent that.
EVENT DAY PROCEDURES & POLICIES:
- I understand flea market/yard sale items are NOT allowed: video games, DVD's, CD's, used jackets, shoes and clothes are not permitted at any CG Events.
- I understand that ALL items must be handmade or NEW. NO items can be resale type items.
- I understand that I must provide everything I need for my booth setup including tables, chairs and tent(s).
- I understand I may NOT be the only vendor selling my type of products/services.
- I understand that I am responsible for any damages that are left behind from my booth set-up.
- I understand that this is a religious event and IGNITE STAFF has the right to ask you to remove anything from your booth that contradicts or goes against the beliefs or doctrine represented by IGNITE & Charlotte Grace Events & Promotions.
- I understand that NO ITEMS CAN BE SOLD THAT CONTAIN PROFANITY, DRUG REFERENCE, SEXUAL REFERENCE, INAPPROPROATE WORDING OR JOKES, CRYSTALS/CRYSTAL BALLS.
- ALL ITEMS CONTAING CBD OR ANY LIKE SUBSTANCE ARE RPOHIBITTED.
- I UNDERSTAND THAT IF I REFUSE TO FOLLOW THESE RULES OR REMOVE ITEMS AFTER BEING ASKED, IGNITE STAFF HAS THE RIGHT TO ASK YOU TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN BEING ESCORTED FROM THE PROPERTY BY SECURITY.

- I understand that if I am accepted as a vendor that this ONLY guarantees me a vendor spot in the foyer area of the FreeLife Church. This DOES NOT grant me admission to the concert. I understand that I MUST PURCHASE a separate ticket to enter the area and have a seat for the worship event if I want to attend the worship and concert in the sanctuary. Vendor ONLY tickets are available for purchase and can be added to your booth fee by adding them to your cart at checkout.
RAIN OR SHINE POLICY
At Charlotte Grace Events, we pride ourselves on creating unforgettable events that leave a lasting impression. To make that possible we put so much into planning our events. As you all know mother nature is very hard to predict when you plan an event so far in advance. From past experience, customers still attend events even if the forecast calls for rain. We have had vendors report that the rainy event was one of their best events.
*I UNDERSTAND THAT IGNITE PRAISE IS AN INSIDE EVENT AND WILL NOT BE CANCELED DUE TO WEATHER UNLESS FOR THE REASON STATED BELOW.
* The ONLY reason an event will be canceled is due to weather caused by acts of God that could potentially cause injury or threat to life, has caused damage to the venue OR the venue itself cancels due to any reason on their end out of our control. These circumstances are out of Charlotte Grace Events control therefore NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS ARE AVAILABLE.
VENDOR CANCELLATION & TRANSFER POLICY
-IGNITE PRAISE FEST IS A NONREFUNDABLE EVENT FOR ANY REASON AT ANY TIME.
-I UNDERSTAND THAT VENDOR APPLICATIONS FOR IGNITE PRAISE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR TRANSFER TO A DIFFERENT EVENT.
