Washington County Community Action Network, Inc., DBA Indiana Community Action Network. A 501(c)(4) Social Welfare Organization

This Agreement is entered into between The Indiana Community Action Network, Inc. (the "Network"), which operates the Community Action Center/Office, and the Member identified below.

The Network exists to further the common good and general welfare of the people of Indiana through non-partisan civic education, advocacy, and community organizing. By signing this agreement, the Member affirms their alignment with the mission of strengthening social welfare and community voice.

Pursuant to the Board Resolution dated Dec 20, 2025, please select your membership class. Note: Fees below represent the "Base Membership." Use of specific office resources is billed at Fair Market Value (FMV).

Members joining in 2026 are recognized as Foundational Members. This status acknowledges early supporters helping establish norms and community culture. Foundational Members receive priority scheduling for the first year. Foundational status is a designation of support and does not imply Network endorsement of any candidate or organization.

• Base Benefits: Access to Network materials, training, and participation in general programs.
• Events & Calendar: Members may submit events to the Community Action Center calendar. The Network reserves the right to coordinate scheduling to ensure balanced access.
• Access Credentials: Members may be issued a passcode for facility access. Credentials are non-transferable. Sharing codes with unauthorized parties is grounds for immediate termination.
• Private Meeting Access: Members may reserve private office space/desks. Per Board Resolution, rental rates are set at Fair Market Value (FMV).
• Candidate Provision: Candidate/Committee members receive one (1) day of full office use per election cycle (per Bylaws Art. II, Sec 4c), subject to the Political Activities Policy.

The Member agrees to:

• Use the space respectfully and maintain a safe, inclusive environment.
• Comply with all requirements of the Network's 501(c)(4) status.
• Refrain from representing the Network as endorsing any campaign or candidate without explicit written Board authorization.

• Term: Membership is for a one (1) year term, renewing annually.
• Termination: Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. The Board reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of the Code of Conduct, misuse of credentials, or failure to remain current on dues.

• Non-Voting Status: This is a non-voting membership. All corporate governance authority is vested in the Board of Directors.
• Tax Disclosure: Dues and contributions to Indiana Community Action Network are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the terms of this Agreement and the Bylaws of the Corporation.
