Indemnity Agreement

As a participant, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Women's Expo HSV, along with its agents and volunteers, from any and all claims, damages, actions, liabilities, and expenses arising from loss of life, personal injury, or property damage caused wholly or in part by any act or omission of myself, my agents, contractors, or employees.

By clicking "Agree and Continue," I acknowledge and consent to this indemnity agreement and its associated policies.

Details: You can only bring in (1) Retractable Banner. You must set up and break down your banner each day. You are responsible for bringing your own banner and picking it up. We are not responsible for it.

You will check in each day with us unless you have purchased the weekend option.

Please note, there will not be any refunds given for any reason.

If you need your banner fully designed the cost is an additional $200 for that. You do not get to pick your design. We will need your brand colors, and we will take care of the rest. Please send us your logo and verbiage.

No revisions are allowed.

Friday March 27th-Drop Off at 4:30pm-Pick up 9:00pm

Saturday March 28th-Drop Off at 8:00am-Pick up 3:00 pm

Sunday March 29th Drop Off at 9:30am-Pick up 1:30 pm
