  • At Bespoke Art Society, our mission is to highlight original, high-quality work that showcases the creativity and craftsmanship of independent makers. We welcome artists who design and produce their own creations, and who demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to community engagement and collaboration.

    Our goal is to foster an authentic and supportive environment where artisans can share their work, connect with others, and thrive. All vendors for Bespoke Art Society events are selected through a panel review. Submission of an application and payment of the application fee do not guarantee participation.

    Space fees are due upon official acceptance to the market. Upon filling out this application, your credit card will only be charged the application fee.

    By submitting an application, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined therein.

  • SPACE RESERVATION

  • Before selecting your space preferences visit: https://www.bespokeartsociety.com/venue-info-malibu-wines-beer-garden/ for detailed information, including photos of the venue and spaces available.

    The L shaped platform space is approximately 28 sq ft, and fits one single 6-foot table + one single 4 foot table in an L shape, or equivalent in racks/set up. The 9ft table is existing at Malibu Wines.

    If you are a food truck, it will be staged close to Malibu Wine's installed food vendor, Nuvola Wood-Fired Pizzeria.

    IMPORTANT NOTICE: Bespoke Art Society does not accept reseller merchandise. Due to the nature of this event, we also cannot accept vendors who sell alochol, cannabis, Disney or other licensed or copywritten materials. Our markets are curated to showcase and platform distinct work. Applications found to misrepresent products or production methods will be disqualified.

    FACILITIES FEE: Vendors understand and acknowledge that a facilities fee of 10% of my gross sales is due to Malibu Wines & Beer Garden at the conclusion of the event. Any misrepresentation of sales figures or attempts to avoid this payment will result in a permanent ban from all future Bespoke Art Society events.

    ACCEPTANCE: Vendors understand that upon acceptance, they will be required to pay their reservation fee within 3 days.

    Vendor reservations will not be held without payment and confirmation of receipt. If a vendor does not pay the fee by the date stated on my acceptance email, Vendor acknowledges their space will be given to a vendor on the wait list. Reservation fees are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled.

    EVENT INSURANCE: Vendors understand that they are responsible to have their own event insurance. This is a non negotiable term of involvement for events held at Malibu Wines and Beer Gardens. If accepted, Vendors will follow instructions to provide my Certificate of Insurance to organizers on or before the due date.

    CODE OF CONDUCT: Vendors understand and acknowledge that they will treat Bespoke Art Society staff, event personnel, fellow vendors, and patrons with courtesy and respect. Vendors will maintain professional conduct throughout the event and understand that disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

    WIFI: Vendors understand that different areas of Malibu Wines garden recieve different strengths of WIFI service. Vendors understand that wireless internet is a privilage and not a right. Vendors understand that 

    AGE RESTRICTION: Vendors understand that as this event is hosted at Malibu Wines & Beer Garden, any person with them or assisting me MUST be 21+. No exceptions.
