  • No more than one business per space, no exceptions will be considered. Vendor must supply own set-up, including: tent, tables, chairs, etc. Flea market items are prohibited.

  • I agree to be open during all hours of the event and to offer for sale only the items listed above. I will keep my area neat and clean during the event and will make sure it is clean when I leave. I understand that all decisions made by the Seaside Heights Business Improvement District and the Borough of Seaside Heights are final, there are no refunds, and failure to abide by the enclosed rules could terminate my relationship with Seaside Heights and any future involvement in events they organize.

  • Vendor Hold Harmless Agreement

  • The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Seaside Heights Business Improvement District and the Borough of Seaside Heights from and against all claims of whatever nature arising from, or claimed to have arisen from, any action, omission, or negligence of the Vendor, or arising from any accident, injury, or damage whatsoever caused to any person or property arising out of the Vendor’s operation at the following listed events.

    This form becomes a part of the application to which it is attached. Please include someone as a witness on this agreement. The witness can be a co-worker, family member, friend, etc.

    All Vendors must complete and return this hold harmless agreement prior to the day of the listed events. Vendor will not be allowed to set up the day of the event without this signed form completed, returned, and getting a confirmation of receipt.
