CEDS 44th Souvenir Ad Book

Each year CEDS students have the opportunity to sell/turn in ads for our souvenir book. These participants will be eligible to place as one of our top ad winners and receive a scholarship. Each ad form filled out will have a place for the student's name to receive credit.

Creative Expressions Dance Studio is sponsoring their Annual Dance Recital April 25, 2026. We are producing our annual Souvenir Booklet for our students and we are looking for sponsors who would contribute to this program. This souvenir book will be amazing as we are celebrating 44 years!!!

The major purpose of our dance recitals are to display the talent of our dedicated and hard working students who have participated in our 8-month program. There are usually well over 2,000 people in attendance at these recitals. Proceeds from this booklet will help benefit each student who attends Creative Expressions Dance Studio Inc. ®. This is one of our major fundraisers, which helps to defer the cost of our student's tuition. Please help us in this effort as continue to strive to help our youth. Thank you for your support and financial contribution.

DEADLINE : April 3, 2026 . All ads must be turned in by this date to be considered for the ad sales contest.

PAYMENT: All payments can be made to Creative Expressions Dance Studio Inc. via credit card, debit, or PayPal.

AD SUBMISSION: All Ads can be turned in via this form or to our studio email at cedsflint@gmail.com - Only if you have technical difficulties.

AD DESIGN: If you would like us to design your ad their will be an additional $10 fee (Please be sure indicate below if your ad will be ready made or will need to be designed). We are happy to assist you in any way possible!
