Having scheduling conflicts will NOT affect your child's ability to enroll or participate in the Summer Academy. We prefer to know in advance to help facilitate class activities and plan rehearsals accordingly. If you have no scheduling conflicts, please list "none"

I understand that I may request digital copies of all photos of my child from Producer for my own personal use, and agree to cite photographer (should one be credited) and Producer on all postings including social media, website, and print.

No child nor their family will be turned away for inability to pay suggested tuition donation costs; that's our promise to the future artists of the world and their families!
