  • All spaces are OUTSIDE for this event!  They are 12' x 12' with two open sides.  Power is not available. 

    BEFORE YOU FILL OUT THIS APPLICATION: Please make sure you have your NV Sales Tax Permit #.  We are required to turn this information into the NV Sales Tax Department, and no longer accept Social Security Numbers.  You are required to submit a copy of this permit online each time you apply for one of our events. If you sign up without attaching a valid copy of your Seller's Permit, you will not be able to participate and you will forfeit your space fee.  There are no exceptions.

    RULES AND INFORMATION

    1. Set up time is Friday at 9:00AM. Set up time for a Saturday only vendor is at 7:00AM.  Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs.  Pop-up tents are strongly recommended as this is an outdoor event and there is no shade! All vendors who check in on Friday, must be open for business from 12-6PM on Friday and 9AM-3PM on Saturday. All vendors who check in for Saturday only, must be open for business from 9AM-3PM on Saturday.  Vendors that tear down early will not be invited back to future events. No show/no calls will not be invited back to future NCA events.  
    2. Your vendor fee helps support the event by covering shared services such as portable restrooms and an overnight watchman to help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all participants.
    3. Due to Nevada Department of Taxation Regulations, NV Sales Tax Permit # is required to participate in events.  Using a Social Security number is no longer permitted.
    4. All food vendors are required to obtain a health permit and insurance, and must name Nevada Community Alliance as additionally insured.
    5. All sales are final.  Once payment has been made, there are no refunds/credits unless we have double booked a direct sales vendor that specifies one per event.   The first application will get the space.  Subsequent applications will be refunded.
  • Artisan Alley - Crafters/Bakers/Direct Sales
  • Many Direct Sales companies (Avon, Scentsy, Tupperware, LuLa Roe, Color Street, etc) limit the number of representatives that we can have at each event. If you are a direct sales representative, please select yes from the list below and let us know what company you represent. If we already have a representative booked, we will let you know and refund your space fee.*
  • Nevada Sales Tax Permit Requirement
    All vendors must be registered with the Nevada Department of Taxation and provide a valid Nevada Sales Tax Permit.

    • You must upload your permit with your application.
    • Vendors without a permit may not participate and will not receive a refund.

    By submitting this application, you agree that you are solely responsible for collecting and reporting your sales tax to the Nevada Department of Taxation.
