Prom 2026 Important Information
Vanguard is thrilled to offer The Homeschool Prom to Homeschooled High School students this year.

Event Details:
• Date: April 15, 2026
• Time: 6:30pm - 10:00pm
• Location: Saskatoon Lodge, 681 Halton Rd, Suite #3, Greenville, SC 29607
• Cost: EARLY Registration Discount

Eligibility Requirements:
• Students must be at least 15 years old and in the 9th grade or higher.
• Students must be in good standing with their homeschool co-op or association.
• Registration is open.

Important Notes:
• Dinner by Saskatoon is included (entrée, salad, sides, bread, and dessert).
• Formal attire is required (tuxedo or suit for gentlemen, long formal dresses for ladies).
• Each student must complete their own registration form.
• Guests must complete their own registration and bring photo ID.

By signing, the parent or guardian gives approval for the student to attend the event. Parents and Students have read and agree to all policies and release of liability.
Policies and Agreements
Policies:

Students are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and respectfully at all times.
No re-entry is permitted once a student leaves the event. To help us maintain a safe and well-supervised environment, students must remain inside the prom venue until the event concludes at 10:00 PM. In the event of an emergency requiring early departure, a parent or guardian must arrive on-site to check out their student before 10:00 PM.

This is a tobacco- and vape-free event.
No refunds will be issued for any reason.
Guests over the age of 20 are not permitted.

By attending, participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with the event and release Vanguard Homeschool Academy from liability. By registering, you authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary. Photos may be taken during the event and used for promotional purposes.

Each student must complete their own registration, and parents/guardians must agree to all policies.

Gentlemen are expected to wear formal evening attire that would include a tuxedo, suit with a tie, or sport coat and slacks with a tie. Pants and jackets do not have to be the same color. Ties can be bow ties or neckties. Dress shoes or formal shoes are appropriate. No tennis shoes or flip-flops. No jeans.

Ladies are expected to wear long formal evening attire. Bust lines should not go below the armpit. Dresses can be strapless, but be sure the dress will stay when dancing. The back of the dress should be no lower than the navel line. Slits should be no higher than 4 inches above the knee. Small cutouts on sides must-have fabric or colored mesh and be smaller than 1 inch wide. Dresses must touch the floor or be no higher than 4 inches off the floor. Dress Shoes are required. No flip-flops. Flats, dress sandals, boots, and heels are appropriate.
