LIABILITY RELEASE
I understand that participation in The Process Intensive involves physical activity, including dance training, which carries inherent risks of injury.
On behalf of myself and/or my child, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this event. I release and hold harmless Limitless Dance Experience, its directors, faculty, staff, contractors, venue partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from injury, illness, or loss that may occur during or in connection with the intensive.
I confirm that the participating dancer is physically able to engage in dance activities and that any medical conditions have been disclosed. In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Limitless Dance Experience to seek appropriate medical treatment.
PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE
I grant Limitless Dance Experience permission to photograph and record video of the participant during The Process Intensive and related showcase performance.
I understand that these materials may be used for promotional, marketing, archival, and educational purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, print materials, and future advertising.
I waive any right to compensation or approval of the final use of such materials.
REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY
All registrations for The Process Intensive are non-refundable.
Due to limited capacity and advance venue commitments, we are unable to issue refunds once registration is completed.
However, if a dancer is unable to attend, the following options may be available:
• Registration may be transferred to the following year’s intensive, subject to availability.
• Registration may be transferred to another dancer within the same studio, with written notice prior to the event.
• In the case of documented medical emergencies, a credit may be considered at the discretion of Limitless Dance Experience.
Transfer requests must be submitted in writing no later than 7 days prior to the event.
No credits or transfers will be issued after the intensive has taken place.
CODE OF CONDUCT AGREEMENT
Limitless Dance Experience is committed to maintaining a professional, inclusive, and supportive training environment.
All participants agree to:
• Treat faculty, staff, and fellow dancers with respect
• Follow all instructions and venue policies
• Refrain from disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior
• Maintain professional conduct throughout the event
Limitless Dance Experience reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behavior compromises the safety or integrity of the intensive. No refund will be issued in such cases.
