  • We understand that life happens! To ensure fairness to our instructors and fellow participants, we kindly ask that you review and agree to the following cancellation policy:

    Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the class to receive a full refund or credit toward a future class.

    No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the class or for no-shows.

    If The Wild Grove Collective or the instructor must cancel the class for any reason (including low enrollment or emergencies), participants will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to receive a full refund or transfer to another class.

    Voluntary Participation: I am voluntarily participating in a class or workshop at The Wild Grove Collective, located at 510 Main Street, Woodland, CA.

    Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in classes may involve physical activity, use of tools, art supplies, or other materials. I assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, loss, or damage that may arise from my participation, whether caused by me or by others.

    Health & Safety: I affirm that I am in good physical condition and do not suffer from any disability that would prevent or limit my safe participation. I agree to follow all instructions provided by the instructor or staff to ensure safety for myself and others.

    Children’s Participation: If my child is participating, I affirm that I am their parent or legal guardian and accept full responsibility for their safety and behavior. I understand children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult unless otherwise stated by the event organizer.

    Personal Property: I understand that The Wild Grove Collective is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

    Release of Liability: I release, waive, and hold harmless The Wild Grove Collective, its owners, instructors, employees, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or actions resulting from participation in this class/workshop.
