How to Order Custom Items

1. Submit Your Order Details
   Provide as much information as possible about your custom item, including the wording, names, colors, theme, size, quantity, photos, logos, and any inspiration
2. Complete Payment
   Full payment is required before any design or production work begins. Your order is not officially placed until payment has been received.
3. Review Your Design Proof
   I will create a digital design proof based on the information you provide. The proof will be sent to you by text or email for review and approval before your item is produced.
4. Request Any Changes
   Carefully check all spelling, names, dates, colors, sizes, and other details. Minor revisions may be requested before approval. Major design changes or changes requested after approval may require an additional fee.
5. Approve Your Design
   Production will begin after you approve the final design. Once approval is given, no additional changes can be guaranteed.
6. Production and Completion
   Turnaround time is approximately 7–10 business days. This timeframe begins after payment, all required information and images have been received, and the final design has been approved. Weekends, holidays, shipping time, and supplier delays are not included.

Important Information

• Please respond promptly when your proof is sent. Delayed responses or missing information may extend the turnaround time.
• Rush service may be available for an additional fee, depending on the order and current workload.
• Colors may appear slightly different on the finished product due to screen settings, printing methods, and material differences.
• Custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless an error was made by Rise Xpressions.
• Rise Xpressions is not responsible for mistakes that were included in a design proof approved by the customer.
• Shipping time is separate from the 7–10 business-day production timeframe.
• Local pickup customers will be notified when their order is ready. Please wait for confirmation before arriving.
