2. 版权和表演:报名信息和演唱作品一经提交,视为选手同意授权大赛组委会在全球范围内永久无偿使用。选手参与大赛及颁奖晚会所形成的音视频资料,大赛组委会有权在全球范围内永久无偿使用。

Event Disclaimer
This event disclaimer is for the “Cultures of China. Water-Cube Cup” Chinese Songs Contest in Greater New York Region event to be held on between March 1st 2026 and September 1st 2026. Each participant and each contestant agrees to be bound by the following terms:
Liability
The participation in “Cultures of China. Water Cube Cup” Chinese Songs Contest in Greater New York is entirely at the participant's risk. The organizers are not liable for any injury(ies), loss(es), or damage(s) incurred or suffered during the event, including personal injury(ies), property damage(s), or theft(s).
Copyright and Performances
Once the registration information and singing works are submitted, it is (they are) deemed that the contestant(s) agree(s) to authorize the competition organizing committee to use them permanently, without any notice and without any fee(s), royalty(ies), or compensation of any kind, in the U.S. and worldwide, paid to the contestant(s). The competition organizing committee shall has the right to use any and all audio and video materials generated and presented by the contestant(s)'s participation in the competition and in the award ceremony, permanently without any notice to the contestant(s) and without any fee(s), royalty(ies), or compensation of any kind, in the U.S. and worldwide , paid to the contestant(s).
Compliance and Conduct
All participants shall comply with all rules set by the organizers and the competition organizing committee, and all applicable laws and regulations. The organizers and the competition organizing committee reserve the right to disqualify participants for non-compliant or inappropriate behavior.
Changes and Cancellations
The organizers and the competition organizing committee reserve the right to change, postpone, or cancel the event without any advanced notice. When such a case occurs, the organizers shall not be responsible for any losses or damages incurred by the participants. If this event is adjourned or postponed, this disclaimer shall continue and apply to the subsequent event.
Dispute Resolution
If there are any disputes arising from or related to in the event, they shall be solely governed by the laws of New York State and solely be resolved in a court in New York State.
