  • We are excited to welcome a variety of food vendors to Nebraska City for our annual festivals, including Arbor Day and AppleJack!


    Vendors must work through the city office to obtain the necessary city vendor permit. NCTC (by completing this form) takes festival vendor fees and assigns location/electricity/water access. Holding a valid 2026 Nebraska City food vendor permit is required before completing this form and making payment.

    Priority placement will be given to vendors who are at both Arbor Day and AppleJack 

    Electrical access is provided at all festivals and is included with the registration fee.

     
    NCTC reserves the right to refund payment and disinvite any food vendor for any reason.


    Logistical information will be communicated to vendors approximately two weeks before each festival via email from Krystl Knabe, NCTC Events Director.
