Cancellation policy

Cancellations made 4 weeks or more prior to the start of camp will receive a 25% partial refund of the total camp cost.

Cancellations made less than 4 weeks prior to the start of camp are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for missed days or absences, regardless of the reason, due to staffing, materials, and advance planning required for our camp.

We appreciate your understanding, as these policies allow us to provide a safe, well-prepared, and high-quality experience for all students.
