WAIVER, RELEASE, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree that participation in the IgKnight Hockey Camp (the “Camp”) involves inherent risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, concussions, illness, and damage to personal property. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with participation in the Camp, whether on or off the ice.
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Hilary Knight, camp organizers, instructors, coaches, staff, volunteers, sponsors, venue operators, and any affiliated entities (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or illness, including but not limited to those caused by negligence, that may be sustained while participating in the Camp.
I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims or liabilities that may result from my (or my child’s) participation in the Camp. I confirm that I (or my child) am physically fit and able to participate and that I have consulted a physician if necessary.
I understand and agree that the IgKnight Hockey Camp may capture photos and videos for promotional and instructional purposes. I grant permission for my (or my child’s) image to be used in Camp-related media, including social media, without compensation.
NOTE: All participants must be registered with either USA Hockey or Hockey Canada to participate in the Camp. Proof of registration may be required before taking the ice.
REFUND POLICY AND CANCELLATION TERMS
All registration fees for the IgKnight Hockey Camp (the “Camp”) are final and non-refundable, except as expressly set out herein.
Refund requests will only be considered in the event of a medical condition or injury that prevents the participant from attending the Camp. Any such request must be submitted in writing and accompanied by valid medical documentation from a licensed physician.
All approved medical refunds are subject to a non-refundable administration fee, which will be deducted from the total registration amount prior to issuance of any refund.
No refunds will be issued within thirty (30) days of the Camp start date, including for medical reasons.
No refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided for any other reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, travel delays, withdrawal, or failure to attend the Camp.
By completing registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Refund Policy and Cancellation Terms.
