Spring Session Registration

March - June 2026
Welcome to Endolyne Children's Choir! We are so excited to sing with you.

Our spring session begins the week of March 23 and ends June 16. (Singers and families are also invited to join us in the West Seattle Grand Parade on July 18.)

Choir levels and rehearsal times:
- Debut Prep (grade K): Tuesdays 4:30-5:15
- Debut Monday (grades 1-2): Mondays 4:30-5:30
- Debut Tuesday (grades 1-2): Tuesdays 4:30-5:30
- Encore (grades 3-5) - Mondays, 5:45 - 6:45
- Ovation (grades 6-8): Tuesdays, 6:30 - 8:00*
- Advanced Ensemble (grades 9-12): Tuesdays 6:30 - 8:00*
* Ovation and Advanced Ensemble will rehearse together, with 30 minutes of sectional time each week to allow for individualized practice.

Prior to registering, please ensure your singer is able to attend these MANDATORY events for ALL singers this spring:
- June 9, 5:00 pm: Dress rehearsal
- June 13, 5:30 pm: "We're All in This Together" Concert #1
- June 14, 5:30 pm: "We're All in This Together" Concert #2
Singers in grades 3-12 ONLY: Save the dates of the Youth Choir Festival Northwest (held at the University of Puget Sound):
- Grades 6-12: Saturday, May 30 - Sunday, May 31 (they will stay overnight in the UPS dorms)
- Grades 3-5: Sunday, May 31 (all day)
Singers in grades 3-12 are expected to participate in the festival unless they have a significant school or family conflict. It's a fun and rewarding opportunity for them to build musicianship and teamwork while workshopping and performing with choirs from around our region. ECC covers all costs and provides transportation.

Debut singers (grades 1-2) can choose either Monday or Tuesday rehearsal. The music theory curriculum and learning sequence is the same for both.

Ovation and Advanced Ensemble singers (grades 6-12) will rehearse together for the first hour each week. The final 1/2 hour they will work in sectionals. These singers will perform most songs together.
Required Forms and Handbook
In late December, you will receive your online welcome packet via email. This packet will include some important forms as well as a link to our Singer and Family Handbook. Please review the Handbook carefully with your singer and sign the acknowledgment together.

All forms must be submitted by Sunday, January 4 in order for your singer to attend the first rehearsal.

Photo Release

In signing this Release Form, I hereby irrevocably give Endolyne Children’s Choir (ECC) the royalty-free right, in perpetuity, to publish, post, display, reproduce, or otherwise use my child/children’s photograph(s) as part of ECC’s promotional or educational materials, including but not limited to use on ECC’s websites, social media, printed materials, and any other type of publication or media.

I hereby waive any right to review, inspect, or approve the photograph(s) prior to their use by ECC, and further release all claims against ECC with respect to copyright ownership and publication, including any claims for compensation related to or in connection with use of the photograph(s). In addition, I hereby hold harmless and indemnify ECC and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from any claims, demands, or causes of action that I or other persons acting on my, or my child/children’s behalf, may have by reason of this authorization.
