  • 1 | Tuition & Payment Policy

  • I understand that:

    • A non-refundable $50 deposit per week is required to reserve my child’s camp week if tuition is not paid in full at registration.
    • The remaining tuition balance will be automatically drafted the Monday one week prior to the scheduled camp week.
    • A valid debit or credit card must be kept on file for participation.
    • If payment fails or a valid card is not maintained, my child’s spot may be released and the late sign-up rate may apply.
    • Once registered, tuition is due regardless of attendance.
    • Tuition is non-refundable.
    • No make-up days are offered.
    • Registration fees and deposits are non-refundable (except in the event state approval is not granted).

    Late Pick-Up Policy

    Camp ends at 5:45 PM.
    Late fees apply as follows:

    $25 for the first minute per child
    $1 per additional minute per child
    Repeated late pick-ups may result in removal from the program without refund.

  • 2 | Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

  • PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY. THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT.

    I understand that participation in TexStar Summer Day Camp involves physical activity including gymnastics, obstacle courses, inflatables, water activities, and group games.

    I acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with athletic and recreational activities, including but not limited to:

    • Serious physical injury
    • Temporary or permanent disability
    • Illness
    • Death
    • Property loss

      I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my child’s participation.

    I certify that my child is physically and mentally able to participate in camp activities without requiring one-on-one supervision or specialized services.

    Failure to disclose relevant medical, behavioral, or supervision needs may result in dismissal from camp without refund.

  • 3 | Release & Indemnification

  • I release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless TexStar Athletics, its owners, directors, employees, staff, and agents from any and all liability arising from my child’s participation in camp activities.

    I agree to indemnify and hold harmless TexStar Athletics from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from my child’s participation.

    TexStar Athletics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

  • 4 | Medical Authorization

  • TexStar does not provide on-site medical professionals.

    In the event of an accident or serious illness, I authorize TexStar representatives to obtain emergency medical treatment for my child.

    I accept full financial responsibility for any medical expenses incurred.

    Medication will only be administered in accordance with camp medication policy and proper authorization.

  • 5 | Food & Allergy Policy

  • TexStar provides two daily snacks.

    If my child has a severe (life-threatening) food allergy, I understand that I am responsible for providing safe snacks.

    TexStar is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from disclosed or undisclosed allergies.

    Parents must notify the Camp Director of any severe allergies prior to attendance.

    Parents must provide a daily lunch.

  • 6 | Sunscreen Authorization

  • I give TexStar staff permission to apply sunscreen to my child as needed.

  • 7 | Behavior & Discipline Policy

  • TexStar maintains a ZERO tolerance policy for bullying, aggression, or unsafe behavior.

    Camp operates under a structured environment.

    The Three-Strike Policy is as follows:

    First Incident:
    Verbal warning + parent notified.

    Second Incident:
    Parent notified immediately and child must be picked up for the day.

    Third Incident:
    Dismissal from remaining camp days without refund.

    TexStar reserves the right to immediately dismiss any camper for violent, unsafe, or severely disruptive behavior.

  • 8 | Media Release

  • I grant TexStar Athletics permission to use photographs or video of my child for marketing purposes, including social media, website, print materials, and promotional content.

    Images will not be sold or shared with outside parties.

    If I wish to opt out, I must notify the office in writing.

  • 9 | Enrollment Acknowledgment

  • I understand that completing this form does NOT automatically enroll my child in camp.

    Enrollment is only secured after:

    Customer Portal registration
    Registration fee payment
    Deposit or tuition payment
    Completed required forms

  • 10 | Handbook Acknowledgment

  • I confirm that I have read the TexStar Summer Day Camp Parent Handbook in its entirety and agree to abide by all policies and procedures outlined therein.
