All-Inclusive Experience Package

Terms and ConditionsPlease read carefully before registering
By completing this registration you agree to the following terms and conditions 
1. Registration and Confirmation: Registration is confirmed only after payment of the required fees 
Independent Participation Package Program Fee (AUD 1,700) and Visa Application Service Fee (AUD 550) are mandatory. Optional services may be selected additionally 
All-Inclusive Experience Package total package fee AUD 5,925 must be partially paid (50 percent deposit) to confirm booking. Remaining balance is due prior to departure 
2. Payment Terms 
Full payment of mandatory fees is required for the Independent Participation Package at the time of registration 
Optional services are charged only if selected 
For the All-Inclusive Experience Package 50 percent deposit confirms booking with balance payable before departure 
Payments are accepted in AUD only 
3. Non-Refundable Fees 
Visa Application Service Fee and all processing related fees are non refundable once processing has commenced 
Travel related costs insurance and flight bookings in the All-Inclusive Experience Package are non refundable once confirmed 
The Program Fee is partially refundable only if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before May 11 2026 subject to administrative deductions 
4. Visa and Immigration 
Visa approval is subject to assessment by Australian immigration authorities 
Argus Education provides professional guidance and support but cannot guarantee visa approval 
5. Optional Services 
Optional services include SC600 Department Visa Fee Registered Migration Agent support travel insurance and spouse application processing 
These services are charged only if selected and are subject to the same non refundable conditions once processing begins 
6. Program Changes 
Argus Education reserves the right to make changes to the program schedule speakers sessions and site visits due to circumstances beyond our control 
Participants will be informed promptly of any significant changes 
7. Liability 
Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings and health during the program 
Argus Education is not liable for loss damage or injury incurred during travel accommodation workshops or site visits except where required by law 
8. Cancellation and Refunds 
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@arguseducation.com 
Refunds for the Program Fee where applicable will be processed according to the timelines stated above 
Non refundable fees will not be returned under any circumstances 
9. Spouse Applications 
Spouse application processing is available for AUD 250 per spouse 
Visa approval remains subject to Australian immigration assessment 
10. Governing Law 
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria Australia 
Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Victorian courts
