RCJ Competition Clinics

For students planning to move into — or advance within — the competition pathway, these two-week clinics provide concentrated, project-based development time with clear technical outcomes. Each section is structured to help teams make measurable progress in robot reliability, algorithm implementation, and engineering workflow.

Two intensive, two-week clinic options to focus for the 2026 America Super Regional in Fall 2026 (ASR dates are not released yet).

Schedule

Students may enroll in Section 1, Section 2, or both.
- Section 1: Week 3 to 4 (July 13-17 and 20-24)
- Section 2: Week 5 to 6 (July 27–31 and Aug 3-7).
Weekly Session:
- Monday to Friday
- Each day — 9 AM to 4 PM
Expected Outcomes

By the end of the clinic(s), students are expected to have:
- A significantly more autonomous and competition-ready robot
- Defined next-step goals leading into the Fall season
- This is not a camp-style experience. It is a dedicated build and development time for teams who may be committed to doing the real work required for high-level competition.

RCJ Development Lab Weeks

By invitation only.

These lab weeks provide dedicated development time for teams to continue advancing their competition robots for the upcoming 2026 Americas Super Regional Competitions being held in the Fall (the exact timing is not released just yet).

Students will work independently with their own teammates; setting goals, managing their build timeline, and carrying out systematic build–test–refine cycles. They will continue to gain mentor's support.

Flexible Summer Enrollment:

Weeks: may choose any from Week 1 (June 22–26) to Week 8 (August 17–21).
Weekly Session Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- Each day- either AM (9–12) or PM (1–4)
Choose any week(s) and any session(s): AM, PM, or both.

Fee and Discounts:

Multiple Weekly Sessions Discount:

Payment Policy
- Families may choose either full payment or recurring payments at the time of registration.
- A minimum deposit of {xamt_min_desposit70} is required to submit the form.
- The deposit is 100% applied toward the total program fee.
Schedule Change & Cancellation Policy

Enrollment is limited and staffing is arranged based on confirmed seats. Thus, the following policy will be strictly enforced. Thank you for understanding.
- Up to two schedule changes are permitted.
- All change requests must be submitted at least one week in advance.
- Cancellation requests must be received by June 1.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations after June 1.
- A $50 administrative fee is non-refundable in all cases.
- Refunds after June 1 will be considered only for circumstances that are completely beyond the family’s control. A written explanation must be submitted for review and approval. Any approved refund will be issued minus the $50 administrative fee.
