  • Submission Deadline 1 May 2026

    Submit 1-4 photos of Your Hero and we will take care of the rest. This year, our design team will design all ads.  We will only accept submissions of .jpg, .png or other high resolution photo formats.

     

     

  • Format: (000) 000-0000.

  • Please read the submission requirements before uploading your image(s) or graphics.

    1. Image(s) or graphics must be in .png or .jpg format

    2. Low-resolution images/graphics will be reduced for best print quality

    3. Maximum of 1 image/graphic for a Banner ad

    4. Maximum of 2 images/graphics for a 1/2 page ad

    5. Maximum of 4 images/graphics for a full-page ad

    6. Please select branch of service to include branch logo

    7. Please review the maximum word count for ad size. Please note: if the submission exceeds the maximum word count for the ad size selected, the text will be edited without your approval

  • Tips and Tricks for submitting photos

    • Place your photo on a flat dark/black background
    • If the photo is in a frame, remove the glass to avoid glare and reflection
    • Make sure the photo/image fills the viewfinder or mobile device screen
    • Line up directly over/in front of the photo/image to avoid distortion
    • Scan your photo/image to a computer, laptop, or mobile device in 300 dpi resolution

    Please Note:

    • Photos may be cropped for best printing results.
    • Photos with inappropriate content will not be used
    • Photos with poor/pixelated quality may be excluded
