Thank you for reaching out and for your curiosity about entering into a debt contract with me. I appreciate the initiative and am happy to provide clear details upfront so you can decide if this is the right step for you. Please note, this is an application; you may or may not be accepted. If not accepted, a reason will be provided.

I offer structured debt contracts ranging from $2,000 up to $500,000, with terms scaled to the amount and your capacity.
Things You Should Know:
Traditional debt contracts in this lifestyle are not legally binding on their own.
I prefer to formalise every contract so it is fully enforceable under the law. We achieve this by structuring the arrangement as your purchase of my original artwork and related services. You will be buying art from me at the contract value, and the repayments will be the agreed payments for that purchase.

Because this becomes a legally binding transaction for goods and services, I will require your full real name for the invoice and contract.
All other details, limits, expectations, consequences for missed payments, and ongoing dynamics are covered in the formal contract documents and during our vetting process.

The next steps from here are as follows:
You will need to submit your application, along with a $100 Donation.

Based on your replies, I will then either email you a proposal of the contract i am offering to you, which shows the breakdown of your repayments. OR, an email advising you have not been successful this month, and why.

A monthly administration fee of $50 is applicable, with a one-off administration fee of $200 at the beginning of your contract.

Once you have accepted your proposal. You will receive your service contract and credit card authorisation. Between these two documents, they will explain any late fees and such.

Once they have been completed and returned, you will then be sent your invoice & artwork from me, which signals the beginning of our enforceable contract.

10% of the Contract total is due immediately, and then the standard repayments are due the following month (or the agreed frequency).

Once your application is submitted, you may expect to hear from me within 1-2 business days.
