Continuing Education Credit

This program has been submitted for AAVSB RACE approval and is pending confirmation. Upon approval, attendees may earn up to 14 hours of Medical CE credit. CE certificates will be issued following full attendance and completion of required documentation. If RACE approval is not granted, registrants can withdraw from the program without penalty.
Cancellation Policy
Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment

Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the event will receive a full refund minus a $150 administrative fee.

Cancellations made 30–59 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made fewer than 30 days prior to the event are non-refundable.

Registrations may be transferred to another licensed veterinary professional within the same practice at no charge if written notice is provided at least 7 days prior to the event.

No-shows are non-refundable.
Event Modification Policy
The Veterinary Behavior Center reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the program due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, venue limitations, or circumstances beyond its control.

In the event of cancellation by the organizer, registrants will receive a full refund of registration fees. The Veterinary Behavior Center is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other incidental expenses incurred by registrants.

Program content, schedule, and faculty are subject to modification as necessary to ensure educational quality.
Assumption of Risk & Liability
By registering for this program, the attendee acknowledges that participation may involve interactive activities, group exercises, and observation of live or recorded animal demonstrations.

The attendee agrees to participate at their own discretion and assumes responsibility for their conduct during the program.

The Veterinary Behavior Center, its instructors, staff, and affiliated partners shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring in connection with participation in this program, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Photo & Media Release
The Veterinary Behavior Center, LLC seeks permission to use any recordings, photos and videos for the purposes of behavioral care as well as for educational and marketing purposes, including but not limited to lectures, webinars, presentations, printed materials, and social media. When used for view in the public, no identifying information will be revealed.
