2026 EASTER ORDER FORM

All orders are for pickup at Ohio City Provisions, 3208 Lorain Ave, Cleveland.

Reserve a ham, lamb and pork cuts ($25 non-refundable deposit per item) and pre-pay for charcuterie boards, cookies & wine/cider for pick-up Wed, April 1 through Sat, April 4. Store hours 10am to 7pm.

All orders must be placed online, with a non-refundable $25.00 deposit per meat item. Any wine/cider pre-ordered will be paid for in full when you place your order. When you pick up your order, the final amount due for the ham/lamb will be calcualted based on actual weight of product(s) and the deposit deducted from that total.

HAM

Smoked, fully cooked and ready to reheat. $25 deposit per item
Bone-In Ham (smaller, 7 to 10#) , $8 per lb.
Approximately 7 to 10 lbs. Order by the piece. So 1 is 1 ham, 7 to 10 lbs. 2 is 2 hams, each 7 to 10 lbs.
Bone-In Ham (larger, 10 to 12#), $8 per lb.
Approximately 10 to 12 lbs. Order by the piece.
BONELESS HAM (approx 6#)

The boneless hams are 100% usable with no trim. These are perfect for small parties and to slice for deli trays. They are the same as our deli lunchmeat, just not sliced.
Boneless Ham, approx. 6#, $15 per lb
Approximately 5 to 8 lbs.
LAMB

$25 deposit per item. Seasoned with rosemary, thyme, fennel, salt, pepper, lemon zest.
Seasoned Leg of Lamb, $18 per lb
Approx. 6 to 9 lbs. Sold by the piece; paid by the lb. Average weights range depending on lamb. Serves10 to 12 guest. Leg is deboned, butterflied & seasoned, then rolled back together and tied.
Seasoned Lamb Saddle, $32 per lb
Approx. 3 to 5 lbs. Sold by the whole saddle (both loins + tenderloin seasoned & tied), paid by the lb. Serves 4 to 6.
PORK

$25 deposit per item.
Pork Standing Rib Roast WHOLE, $14 per lb
Each roast is approximately 9-12 lbs. with 10-13 bones.
Pork Standing Rib Roast HALF, $14 per lb
Each roast is approximately 5-8 lbs. each. with 5-7 bones.
Pork Boneless Loin Roast, $12 per lb
Approx. 3.5 to 5 lbs. Tender and flavorful loin roast, similar to the Strip Loin roast in beef.
Porchetta [5#], $12 per lb
Approximately 5 lbs. each. Pork side that is roll-cut, seasoned and roll-tied with the rind on. Seasoned with rosemary, thyme, fennel, salt, pepper and lemon zest.

Approximately 8 lbs. each. Pork side that is roll-cut, seasoned and roll-tied with the rind on. Seasoned with rosemary, thyme, fennel, salt, pepper and lemon zest.

Includes 7 meats , 4 Cheeses, mustard, house pickles & preserves, and crackers. Recommended for 10-12 guests.

Includes 4 meats , 3 Cheeses, mustard, house pickles & preserves, and crackers. Recommended for 8-10 guests.

Unoaked Chardonnay $12.96
Unoaked Chardonnay from Debonne Vineyards. Flavors of pear & peach with a hints of citrus. Partial malolcatic fermentation lends a delicate balance of acidity & a light-to-medium body.
Old Orchard Champagne Style Cider $25.92
750 ml bottle from Bent Ladder. Effervescent & clean on the palate, this wild fermented cider has unique floral notes, balanced with earthy characteristics. Made champagne style.
Rose of Pinot Grigio $27
Dry, light-bodied rose from Cask 307, with hints of citrus, minerality & stone.
Karma [bordeaux blend] $21.6
Bold flavors of ripe fruit, plum, and cherry, complimented with American Oak. Pairs well with roasts & braises.
South River Vineyard Cab Franc $19.44
2022 vintage. Our staff favorite currently. Medium body, soft tannins with a hint of minerality, ripe fruit with hints of currant and cherry, and a note of spice. A very good drinking wine.
Riesling $21.6
M Cellars 2023 vintage, Green apple & floral notes, balanced with a medium acidity and a bit of residual sugar, makes this estate grown wine great for after dinner.
