
Store Made Corned Beef Orders
As in years past, we brine some of our pasture raised beef briskets with our organic brining recipe, and allow the meat to marinade for 5-7 days. While part of the curing process includes organic celery seeds, which does have some natural occuring nitrates, we do not use or add any artificial nitrates to our corned beef.
We have just a total of 100 pounds of, which can be cut into roasts from 2 to 6 pounds, and these are available on a first come, first served basis. Retail priced at $14.99/lb., pre-orders will be just $12.99/lb, and will be available from Friday, March 13th to Tuesday, March 17th in the meat department.
