Commitment

All term-based enrollments require a full-term commitment

Deposit & Payment Schedule

A $210 non-refundable deposit (fully applied toward tuition) is required upon registration.
Recurring payment plans: the first installment will be processed approximately one month before the term begins.
Full payments: due two weeks before the term start date.

Cancellations & Withdrawals

All withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing via email to office@stormingrobots.com.
Refunds are based on the date written notice is received:

More than 2 weeks	100% of tuition minus $210
1–2 weeks	50% of tuition minus $210
Less than 1 week	No refund

Deposits are refundable only if the session is cancelled or rescheduled by Storming Robots.
Tuition cannot be carried over to a future term.
A “no show” does not release financial obligation for the term.

Recurring Installment Late Fee

A $15 administrative fee applies to late or declined installment payments.
