  • It's time for our annual Fish Fry! This week's menu:

    Beer battered Atlantic Cod, housemade coleslaw (cabbage, carrots, apples, beets), handcut-russet potato fries and housemade tartar sauce made with mayo, candied jalapenos, fresh dill & chives for an OCP take on a Fish Fry classic. Sticking with our sustainable theme, we salvage everything from our animals and fry in a house-blend of grassfed animal fats.

     

    All orders must be placed online and paid in full via credit card. Supplies are limited, so if the form is not working or drop down options aren't appearing, it's because the we've sold out.

    While pre-ordering does give you priority in line, we ask for your patience upon pick-up. Everything is fried to order.  

     

    We tend to get a lot of requests for the 5:00 to 6:00 hour.  Eventually it is more than our fryers can handle.  If the time slot you want does not appear, that means it is sold out. 

     

  • Beverage Pairing:  

    This week we have a promotion on a M Cellars Riesling.  This is a great example of picking the right grape for our climate.  Riesling, naturally a cool season grape, shines in Geneva and can reach full ripeness.  

    Riesling is such a versatile grape as it can be made in both a dry and a sweet variation.  This variety is a great example of a dry riesling with strong acidity, strong notes of green apple and citrus.  Great for serving with rich foods like our fish fry!  

    Enjoy it this Friday only with your Fish Fry at a promotional price of $19 ($3.5 off).
