MOBTS 2026 Summer Conferences Registration

Please fill out the registration information below so we can best accommodate our attendees upon arrival and prepare accordingly with our respective conference host sites.

Conference registration options and payments can be made on the following pages.

Food Accommodations

Please let us know of your meal preferences and food allergies here. We strive to select food options to accommodate such needs and will do our best to provide you with suitable meals. However, please be aware that it is up to you to double-check with dining staff as to what ingredients are in any particular dish. We apologize in advance, but MOBTS cannot cater toward more specific diets such as Kosher, Keto, etc. We will do our best to accommodate those that select Vegetarian and Vegan; however, please be aware that your selections will not be as plentiful as standard offerings.

Attendee Information

The follow questions will assist us in developing our conference program and events, while also enabling us to see any attendance trends to further benefit future conferences and the Society as a whole.

Conference Registration Options

Please select from the conference registrations below. Note that because we are handling the MOBTS USA and International MOBTS conferences jointly due to their close proximity in occurrence, you will have more options to consider on this form than is customary.

If you attend both conferences there is a $100 price reduction.  

MOBTS USA ATTENDANCE

As is the norm with on-campus housing, minors are not able to reside on campus. Adult guests may do so with the purchase of a guest registration. Presenters and attendees cannot register as guests. MOBTS does not offer double-occupancy rooms.

Residence hall availabilities are limited. If you intend on staying on-campus, you must book early.

Guest registrations include all conference meals and acitivies except the conference sessions.

Conference registration prices will increase by $50 on May 1st.

1. Registration with Residence Hall Accommodations
   • General: $725
   • Student / Emeritus: $610
   • Guest: $410
     
     
2. General Conference Registration or Student/Emeritus without Residence Hall Accommodations: This option is for those that are local or will be opting for a hotel. All conference offerings beyond housing are included in this option.
   • General Commuter Registration: $615
   • Student / Emeritus Commuter Registration: $500
   • Guest: $300 

 

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be provided if notice is provided to Brandon Charpied (brandon@mobts.org) prior to 30 days from the start of the pre-conference (Monday of conference week). No refund can be provided at 30 days onward due to all conference expenses already having been incurred by the conference and Society. The deadline for refunds is Monday, May 9th.

 

PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS

You may purchase registration for any of our Pre-Conference Workshops:

• Doctoral Institute (June 8th & 9th) - $250
• Early Educator Institute (June 8th & 9th) - $250

These two programs require arrival by 3pm on Monday, June 8th for an opening ice breaker session. That is followed by a meet-and-greet reception with the MOBTS Board of Directors, and then an off-site dinner with your fellow workshop attendees. Housing accommodations are included, as are breakfast, lunch, and breaks the following day. The workshops themselves take place all day Tuesday up until the opening BBQ at 5:00pm. Purchase of a pre-conference workshop must accompany a conference registration. Individuals cannot attend the pre-conference workshops without attending the general conference.

• Collegiate Leadership Competition (CLC) Playtest Workshop (Tuesday, June 9th from ~10am - 3pm) - $35

Come join the CLC team to not only learn about the CLC, our constantly updated curriculum, our new CLC Club Chapter system, and more -- but to also playtest several of our newly unveiled activities! You'll be able to experience these activity designs for the first time with us, provide us feedback, help us tinker with them, and give us insights into what activities you could see being useful in our program! The CLC Playtest Workshop includes breaks and lunch on Tuesday morning from ~10am - 3pm. Please note that an additional purchase of an overnight stay may be required to make the workshop on time.

All forms require a conference registration to be submitted

Failure to select a registration option will lead to a deletion of the registration form and run the risk of not having a room or confirmed registration upon arriving on campus.

Please note that MOBTS's international conferences (International MOBTS and MOBTS Oceania) do not offer on-campus housing like MOBTS USA does. A list of potential hotels for you to book can be found by clicking here (a new tab will open).
