Welcome to the Third Annual Stonewood Firefighter's Festival Pageant!

Registration opens at 12 pm

Orientation and rehearsal start at 12:30pm followed by interviews

Doors open at 5 pm - Pageant starts at 6 pm

$10 Admission for all spectators ages 5 and up

All visiting royalty admitted free with Sash only

Advanced door admission is available for purchase below with pageant registration

Age Divisions (as of date of the festival - July 31st*):           

Preteen 10-12 years

Teen 13-16 years

Miss 16-21 years

Ms 21+ Unmarried

Mrs 21+ Married

Entry fee is $75

* Miss winner cannot turn 22 before January 1, 2026 

Phases of Competition:

Interview - Panel interviews with Judges

Themed Fun Fashion - Fun Fashion with a first responder flair!  Have fun with this one and show your personality!

Beauty - Age appropriate floorlength gown

Onstage Question  - 1 from bio and 1 fishbowl question

Awards:

• Winner in each division will receive a WV Royalty Contour Crown, Pink Heart Company Sash, customized crown box, an amazing prize package and reign over the 2026 Stonewood Firefighter's Festival.  
  
  • Division winners must participate in all festival events throughout the year:
    • Stonewood Firefighter's Festival July 31- August 2, 2026 
    • Stonewood Christmas Parade - Usually first Saturday evening in December
    • Must help with Stonewood Fire Department or Stonewood Firefighter’s Festival fundraisers over the next year
    • At least 1 appearance and/or social media post per month
    • Return to crown title successor at 2027 Queen's pageant
    • Please see full contract details in the pageant group or on the website
  • Miss division winner will have the opportunity to represent the Stonewood Firefighter's Festival at the 2026 WV Association of Fairs and Festival Pageant and receive a $500 scholarship prize!
• Runner-ups in each division will be awarded
• Each division will also have side awards - Best Hair, Best Smile, Most Personality, Best Interview
• Photogenic winner will be awarded - Optional add on of $10 to enter
• Fundraiser Queen will be awarded to the contestant that collects the most in donations for the Stonewood Vol Fire Department and will receive a crown, sash and a gift!
  • Money can be collected before the pageant from friends and family. All proceeds will go to the Stonewood Fire Department. Voting will be open during the pageant until intermission before awards.

Note: Contestant numbers are assigned by the entry postmark (First to enter, last on stage, per division)

Deadline for entry is Sunday, June 7 at midnight - No late entries will be excepted.

You authorize us (Stonewood Firefighter's Festival) to make any inquiries necessary in connection with this information, any false information found about the contestant or any form of misconduct will lead to the cancellation of my registration and I will be disqualified and asked to leave the competition without benefit of refund.  Contestants must be WV residents to compete and cannot hold another current WVAFF title.  All proceeds benefit the Stonewood Vol Fire Department and the Stonewood Firefighter's Festival. All entries are considered a donations and no refunds will be given unless the pageant is canceled with the exception of Miss contestants. No late entries will be accepted. Director has the right to combine or change age groups based on participation numbers. All judges’ decisions are final. By submitting this form shows acceptance of these terms and conditions.
