Premier Home Camp Registration

These are a home camp with one of our Veteran or Senior Level Directors. Spots are filled on a first come first served basis and are limited!

Once we receive your registration an invoice will be sent via email.

To insure each coach receives that information, please fill out a separate registration for each team containing each coaches contact information.

Please Note: WHEN USING A CREDIT CARD FOR FINAL CAMP BALANCE DUE, THERE WILL BE A 3% SURCHARGE APPLIED.

Private Camps

Athlete $290

Please call the office to schedule a date prior to filling out. Want additional staff to work with your team? Call our office to schedule your camp and discuss your options.
If you do not have a minimum of 12 athletes, your fee is $2,808

$50 deposit per athlete and coach must be received in order to reserve your spot at camp. 

You can use a credit card below or send in your payment via check, money order or school PO.  Balance payment is due 14 days prior to your camp or you will incur a $200 late fee.

ONLY ENTER ATHLETE NUMBERS HERE IF PAYING BY CREDIT CARD. IF NOT PAYING BY CREDIT CARD THIS SECTION MUST BE BLANK IN ORDER FOR YOUR REGISTRATION TO BE SUBMITTED.
