Great America Field Trip Permission Slip

Please download the Great America permission slip here. Completed forms need to be returned at the One Stop Shop (OSS) event on March 19.

*** The Great America Field Trip Permission Slip must be completed for each 8th grade student even if the student does not plan to attend Great America ***

Promotion Ceremony Gowns

This year, 8th graders will be wearing gowns for the Promotion Ceremony. All gowns are the same color. You may either purchase a gown or use a school gown that will be returned after the ceremony.

• To purchase a promotion gown, the cost is $20.
• School issued gowns are at no cost.
• All school issued gowns must be returned after the Promotion Ceremony.

If you are unsure what size your student will need, you will have the ability to try on sample size goes on March 19th at the One Stop Shop.
