Merrimac OHD 2026 Food Vendor Registration

This is an outdoor, rain-or-shine event. All fees are non-refundable. All food vendors are responsible for providing their own setup, including tents, tables, chairs, electricity, and all equipment necessary for operation. All tables must be fully covered to the ground. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special requests or needs. If you wish to be located near another food vendor, require additional space, or need special consideration due to a disability, please note this on your application. Event publicity will include local newspapers, cable stations, posters, flyers, and social media. Food concessions, seating areas, and restrooms will be available throughout the event. The Merrimac Old Home Days Committee and the Town of Merrimac are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event.
