- I will respect and support all players, coaches, referees, and spectators, regardless of the outcome of a game.
- I will not engage in negative cheering, booing, or criticizing players, coaches, or officials.
- I understand that the coaching staff is responsible for making decisions regarding playing time, strategies, and team roles.
- I will not approach coaches during or immediately after games to discuss concerns but will instead follow the proper communication process.
- I will respect the authority of referees and officials, even if I disagree with a call.
- I will encourage my child to advocate for themselves by addressing concerns directly with the coach before intervening.
- I will avoid using social media to air grievances or criticize the football program.
- I will ensure my child attends practices, games, and team activities on time and prepared.
- I will support team efforts, including fundraising, volunteering, and community events, when possible.
- I will encourage my child to be accountable for their actions and commitment to the team.
- I will follow school policies regarding field access, locker room restrictions, and prohibited items.
- If a concern needs to be addressed, I will do so respectfully with coaching staff, NHIFPA board member, or other involved parties.
