LODGING OPTIONS

OPTION ONE: Stay on-site at Seyon Lodge (shown above), our base camp for the ecotour. Space is limited to 16 people total and the cost is $500.00 for a single room and $300 for a shared room.

OPTION TWO: On your own off-site lodging, including camping, Airbnb, or local inns.

REMINDER: Lodging costs are NOT included in your registration fee.

NOTE: We strongly encourage staying at the lodge, as all meals will be served there.

On Site - you'll receive a link to select your room option and make your lodging payment via email after your registration is processed.Off Site - we encourage you to make your own accommodation reservations ASAP.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund minus $50 processing fee.
Cancellations received less than 30 days prior will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be given within 7 days of the event.
