FHCi has introductory level courses in Homeoprophylaxis (HPx) and Homeo-Detox (HDx) for the practicing Homeopath, as well as courses leading to full HPx Certification. This form is open to any and all practicing Homeopaths and Professionals who are not yet registered with FHCi.

Course registrations are a two-step process.
- Step 1 is completing this form.
- Step 2 is creating your Student Portal. The instructions for this step will be included in your follow up email.
Registration receipt will be sent in a separate email from FHCi accounting.
