BEFORE FILLING OUT THE FORM, PLEASE NOTE:
- Open to all students currently enrolled in lessons in the state of Ohio
- All pieces must be fully memorised. Original pieces only, no transcriptions or method book material.
- A minimum of three contrasting pieces from different time periods is required to participate. Please note: you can not change your repertoire after you submit your application.
Division Information:

Division requirements are based on the categorisation of repertoire. Aurora School of Music is solely responsible for placing contestants into the appropriate division based on ASM Piano Department's curriculum. Division categorisations are final and non-negotiable.

Each division has differing prizes; please refer to the list below:
Prizes to be announced at the finals round on April 25th:

Division I - 1st prize $75, 2nd prize $65, 3rd prize $50
Division II - 1st prize $100, 2nd prize $75, 3rd prize $65
Division III - 1st prize $120, 2nd prize $100, 3rd prize $80
Division IV - 1st prize $250, 2nd prize $150, 3rd prize $100
Division V - 1st prize $350, 2nd prize $250, 3rd prize $150

Divison VI - 1st prize $500, 2nd prize $325, 3rd prize $225
Award ceremnoies will be announced between each division

Please indicate the minimum of three (3), pieces you will be performing in performance order. A minimum of three contrasting pieces from different time periods is required to participate. Please note that you can not change your repertoire after you submit your application.

You MUST send in your original music with every measure numbered for the judges. Without measured numbers, you may be disqualified from the competition.
