  • The Sutherland Chamber Makers Market returns for its sixth year — bigger and better than ever. Vendors consistently report strong sales, steady foot traffic, and a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere.

    This year’s event again coincides with the Sutherland Volleyball Invitational, bringing teams and spectators from across the region and creating continuous traffic throughout the day.

    The Chamber actively promotes the event through local print and broadcast media, social media, and statewide advertising.

    Booth fee is $45 and includes all event promotional activities. Booth space is not reserved until payment is received.

    Vendor spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • To increase attendance and promote participating businesses, the Chamber hosts a Makers Market raffle featuring items donated by vendors. Donors are recognized during promotion and at the event.

    SETUP & BREAKDOWN
    Vendors may begin setup at 7:00 AM. All booths must be fully set up and ready to sell by 10:00 AM. Breakdown may begin no earlier than 3:00 PM. Vendors must remain open until the official closing time.

    STAFFING
    Booths must be staffed at all times during event hours.

    BOOTH SPACES
    Spaces are assigned and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis once payment is received. Booths may not be shared or sublet without prior written approval. Vendors must ensure that no part of their display, tables, racks, or merchandise extends beyond their assigned booth space.

    ELECTRICITY
    No electricity will be provided. Vendors may bring generators and must indicate this during registration.

    EQUIPMENT
    Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, tents, canopies, and weights. This is an outdoor event; tents and canopies must be properly secured.

    PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
    Booth fees are non-refundable. Space is reserved only after full payment is received. Refunds will be issued only if the event is canceled by the Sutherland Chamber of Commerce.

    LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
    Vendors are responsible for their property and conduct. Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sutherland Chamber of Commerce, the Village of Sutherland, and affiliated businesses from any claims, damages, losses, injuries, or expenses arising from participation in the event.
