  • Complete the registration form below to register everyone attending the conference from your facility AND book your rooms using the link below. 

    HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS and REGISTRATION FEES:

    • The lodging rate is $98 per night, plus 6% tax and 5% local assessment. 

    • Valet Parking is the exclusive method of parking at a fee of $18 per vehicle per night.  

    • The Reservation Deadline to take advantage of the contracted rate is March 27, 2026, or sooner if the room block fills.

      *A credit card is required to place and confirm the reservation. 

    Payments for conference registration fees may be made up until the dates of the conference, please register at your earliest convenience.
