About the webinar
This webinar introduces the essential aspects of AI medical scribes in clinical contexts. Attendees will gain an understanding of digital scribe technology, including its purpose, current research findings, regulatory environment and best practice considerations. The session will highlight relevant legal frameworks and discuss the integration of these tools into clinical workflows.
Environmental impacts will be addressed, with particular reference to sustainability and resource efficiency. The webinar will consider the implementation of AI medical scribes in allied health settings to ensure participants will be equipped to make thoughtful decisions regarding the adoption of this technology.
About the presenter

Anita Mack is a qualified science journalist and workplace trainer with experience in allied health settings. With professional experience across both healthcare and education, Anita brings a clear, evidence-informed approach to communication and professional development.
Anita previously served as Journal Editor for AMT, contributing to professional dialogue within the massage therapy sector. In this role, she oversaw publication content and supported discussion around clinical practice, professional standards and industry developments. She is currently practice manager for allied health clinic Enhance Healthcare in Canberra.
Anita draws on expertise in science communication and workplace training to explore the practical considerations, opportunities and challenges involved in integrating AI tools into healthcare documentation workflows.
