Arthouse Summer Camp Rules & Policies

The following rules and policies are implemented from the moment the student is enrolled in our program. Please read the following carefully:
- Respect all people. Respect all Property. Be Safe. Try your best in all things. Treat others as you would like to be treated.
- All students are required to wear their academy T-shirts or aprons to class.
- Parents/Guardians must wait outside of the classroom at all times. This will avoid disrupting the class session.
- If you wish to discuss your child’s progress, please wait until the class has ended and all students have been dismissed to approach the Front Desk for a request to speak with the teacher.
- Students can be dropped off between 8:45-9AM. Pick up is at 2:30 promptly.Students must be picked up before closing hours of the Studio. A charge of $20.00 for every 15 minutes after closing time will be charged for late pick-up.
- Lunch and snacks must be packed and sent with students. Room temperature meals, as there is no microwave. Please be sure to pack a placemat and utensils.
- STRICT NO NUTS POLICY ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES.
- If a class is missed, there is no substitution. We cannot offer makeup classes nor any alternative classes.
- All transactions are final. No refunds.
- We reserve the right to dismiss a student from the remainder of the camp session if their behavior is consistently disruptive or requires an undue amount of individual attention, in order to maintain a positive and productive environment for all participants.
- If for any reason these rules and policies are not followed, Priscilla & Tiffany’s Arthouse reserves the right of admission.
- The studio is not responsible for any artwork or personal item lost, stolen, or left behind.
- Upon enrollment, you grant Priscilla & Tiffany’s Arthouse permission to photograph or record the student during studio activities.
- You agree that in the event that medical attention is required due to an accident or illness, and your contact person is unreachable, Priscilla & Tiffany’s.
- Arthouse shall be permitted to seek such medical services, as it shall deem necessary and appropriate through EMS/911 and/or local hospitals.
- Priscilla & Tiffany’s Arthouse is not a special education–certified facility. Our instructors are not trained or certified to provide specialized educational or therapeutic support for students with disabilities.
- With your enrollment, you hereby waive and release any and all rights and claims to damages against Priscilla & Tiffany’s Arthouse If you pursue any legal action against Priscilla & Tiffany’s Arthouse, Priscilla & Tiffany’s Arthouse will not assume ANY cost of the action made. With your understanding of the facility of Priscilla & Tiffany’s Arthouse you agree that Priscilla & Tiffany’s Arthouse is not liable for any type of injury to any one person that is in attendance. By signing this contract, you agree that Priscilla & Tiffany’s Arthouse is harmless from any suits, attorney’s fees, judgments, loss, claim, liability, damage, cost or expense demand whatsoever in law of equity (including those arising out of any appeals) which may be brought against Priscilla & Tiffany’s Arthouse now or in the future. This is a contract that you agree to abide by.
