ARTifacts 3D ART SHOW

Submit Online: Now through Saturday, March 7, 2026.
Artwork Drop-off: Sunday, March 15, from 11AM-3PM
No works accepted after the deadline. All works must be hand-delivered. 
Show Dates: Thursday, March 19 - Sunday, April 12
Opening Reception: March 21, 4-6PM

 
Eligibility:
POTTERY, JEWELRY, SCULPTURE, FIBER ART, CERAMICS, METAL AND MORE. ALL PIECES MUST BE HANDMADE FROM SCRATCH. 

Guidelines:  
Entry fee per each piece submitted is $15 (up to 4 pieces will be accepted) of original, handmade from scratch work. No more than 4 feet high.

Before you submit, please be sure your image meets the eligibility guidelines.
Entry fees are non-refundable. 
 
-Artist agrees work is left “at his/her/the artist’s own risk.”  
-The Gallery has the right to refuse artwork for any reason as well as if artwork does not meet eligibility guidelines. 

You will need the following items at time of delivery: 
1. Inventory form and artwork labels on your artwork
2. A completed W-9. W-9 forms available at the Gallery (if needed) and at: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf 
 
PAYMENT/ACCEPTANCE:
You will be prompted to pay online when you submit your images. Once you submit, you should receive an email stating that you have successfully submitted and that your artwork is being reviewed for entry in the ARTifacts 3D show.

If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or check with us as we may have not have received your submission.

All submissions must be submitted online for review. If your work is accepted, you will receive an email from Liz Rosiello with next step instructions.

We will accept cash, credit cards and checks. Checks should be made out to “Town of New Milford”; on the note line, please write “Gallery 25 2026 Full Spectrum Art Show”. 

Pick-up of Exhibited Works: Monday, April 13, 2026 from 1 -4PM.

PLEASE NOTE: Gallery 25 has no space for storage. Any work left at the Gallery for more than 2 weeks after pickup date will be donated. 

Sales: 30% commission on all sales. ALL WORK MUST BE FOR SALE. Each artist submitting work must fill out a W-9. A check for sold work (minus 30% commission) will be sent to the artist within 30-45 days after the closing of the show. 

Liability: Gallery 25 and Creative Arts Studio, its gallery attendants, members of New Milford Commission on the Arts and employees of the Town of New Milford are not responsible for work submitted for exhibition. All work is submitted and left with Gallery 25 at artist’s own risk.  All work must be picked up by the date listed above. The artist agrees with all of the above Guidelines for the ARTifacts Show 2026.
