At KFW our mission is to give everyone a safe step into the industry through inclusivity & education. KFW welcomes emerging, independent, and established designers from across Canada and beyond.
Who Should Apply
We encourage applications from: Emerging models Independent and established models. Models of all experience. gender identities, sizes, backgrounds, and aesthetics . You do not need prior fashion week experience to apply.
Model Requirements
Selected models must:• Upload your comp cards. If you do not have one/ know what that is please Google model comp card & use Canva to create one. WARNING: nude photos WILL NOT be accepted. • Pay the 50$ Non-Refundable application feeApplication Fee covers: Jury review (not open-entry). Administrative processing. Production planning. Designer credibility Participate in scheduled fittings, rehearsals, and show programming. Be available during Kelowna Fashion Week dates Maintain professional conduct throughout the event
What Models receive
Walking in Kelowna Fashion Week 2026. Professional runway photos, hair & makeup Backstage support and show coordination. Upgraded Professional photography and videography ( depending on if your designers so choose to upgrade). Media exposure and promotional features. Networking opportunities with industry professionals Accepted models will also receive a free week pass
