Important Update: Tuition and Aftercare Rates for the Upcoming School Year

Tuition Rates:   
The Academy’s annual tuition of $20,000 will be divided into 10 equal monthly payments of $2,000.

Aftercare Rates:   
•   Extended Care: $4 per 15-minute increment

Enrollment & Fee Policy:

• The enrollment fee ($250) and materials fee ($500) are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Fees must be paid in full to reserve a spot
• If you are unable to pay the $500 materials fee in full, please contact our office manager, Lora at 727-712-0808 (Call) 727-409-3790 (Text), to discuss the option of splitting the payment into two installments; total materials fee must be paid by June 1st, 2026. Please note that this does not include the $250 registration fee, which must be paid by March 25, 2026

Enrollment Period:

• Enrollment for current families ends March 25, 2026
• General enrollment begins March 26, 2026
• Once all spots are filled, additional applicants will be placed on a waitlist

Registration Completion:

• A complete registration packet must be submitted by June 1, 2026
• Failure to complete registration materials by the deadline may result in forfeiture of the reserved spot

Program Acknowledgment:

• School year begins August 17, 2026
• Program operates Monday through Friday
• Regular hours are 9:00 AM (drop-off at 8:45) to 12:30 PM, with before care beginning at 8:00 AM and extended care until 5:00 PM available for an additional fee.
