Artwork is displayed at your risk. Reasonable care will be taken to minimize the likelihood of theft or damage. However, neither Livermore Art Association, LARPD, LVPAC, nor the Bothwell Arts Center or their employees, are responsible for theft or damage. By signing this form, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless LAA, LARPD, LVPAC, the Bothwell Arts Center, its successors and assigns, from any loss of property through the art display, assume the risk of such exhibition, and agree that insurance of all artworks against theft or damage is the responsibility of the individual artist. LAA reserves the right to omit artwork, deemed inappropriate, from the competition.
I certify that the submitted entry(s) are my original work, independently created, composed and executed. I agree to hold “The Essential Figure: Fine Art Show” , LAA, LARPD & LVPAC harmless against all claims and liabilities arising out of the LAA’s consideration, display, publication, promotion or other use of the images.
All works of art will remain as placed by the LAA Hanging Committee and no work may be withdrawn before the close of the show.
Artists must pick up or make arrangements to have entries picked up by 5 pm, Sun., March 23th. A storage fee of $10.00 per entry per day will be enforced. If art works are not picked up within 30 days, they become the property of LAA.
